Cedar Greenhouse Features

Red Cedar Built:

All Cedarview greenhouses are hand-crafted made with Western Red Cedar, which is world renowned for its natural beauty, aroma, value, and resistant to decay and insects. Having a cedar greenhouse in your garden will add value to your property. The view is beautiful!

Sturdy constructed:

The greenhouse structure is similar to house framing, that is,  strong and durable. It is high quality construction with simplicity in design.

Pre-Assembled:

All our greenhouse kits are pre-assembled in our factory into approximately 4’ wide panels. The panels are to be put together with screws. The assembly is easy and fast.

Virtually Unbreakable Polycarbonate Glazing:

The roof and walls are covered with twin-wall clear polycarbonate panels, which is virtually unbreakable and blocks 99% of harmful UV rays. Its insulation capability is superior to plain glass. It is by far the most popular glazing material for commercial and hobby greenhouses. The walls can also be covered with clear plexi (acrylic) glass at the customer’s request.

6 foot side walls:

The side walls are 6 foot high that create ample headroom in the middle area under the beam.  There is lots of room to add benches without limiting the outside sunlight.

30” high side wall skirt:

Our Sunray series contain a 30” high exterior skirt all around the greenhouse structure.  The skirt is made with cedar tongue and groove boards. With this wood skirt it keeps the greenhouse warmer (the cedar wood is a natural insulator), and one can add foam insulation on the interior side of the skirt if needed.  In addition, any stored goods in this area are not visible from outside.

Ventilation and doors:

The kits are installed with roof vent, base vent and Dutch Doors that are split doors. The lower door can be closed and the top door open for extra ventilation.

Cedarview Greenhouses are built to withstand the tough weather conditions.
